Rip off company
I originally had Verizon for my cell phone and I switched to Xfinity files. OK everything was sent back to them. I went to the Verizon hub told them that I’m canceling. I sent them the total payment of my entire contract of $1600 and now they’re continuing to send me a goddamn bill. My bill is now up to over $1200 with Verizon and they will not talk to me on the phone because they recognize the number so they try to put me into this jerk off robot bullshit I fucking hate Verizon. I’m going to sue them for everything they got if I could all right I’m done venting that’s my story. Don’t use Verizon.

Verizon’s Customer Service does not exist
So everyone is using AI, well for some companies they know how to use it well. Verizon on the other hand, knows how to piss off customers with AI. Don’t try to call them you’ll never get an answer.
You’ll be redirected to a website. That website will crash. They’ll tell you to call a number, it’s the same AI voice you started with.
I hate Verizon with a passion that I never knew existed. Avoid Verizon at all costs!!!!

Verizon sucks
Verizon throttles me day and night. I have an unlimited plan which is unusable because it’s so slow. Data through cellular. They say they “prioritize” data. The true word is throttling. It’s like Putin’s “special operation”. They lie and cheat their customers. They charge high prices for totally crappy service. I have two towers visible from my house and live right in the middle of town, yet Verizon services is unusable. They know how to take your money…they just can’t provide acceptable service. Verizon truly sucks.
